Meet The Mad Baker

There is no better smell than the scent of a homemade dessert baking in the oven. Just the thought of it makes your mouth water. Doesn’t it? 


At a young age, I knew I wanted to become a Pastry Chef. I was fascinated watching my mom bake her traditional tiramisu and  loved to help her or even just observe. It was moments like this that led me to get my certification. 


I have been creating in the kitchen for 12 years and I  continue to expand my skills by experimenting with unique flavor combinations and unusual dessert ideas. My tiramisu is a combination of old school meets new school techniques and is one of my favorite to create among all of my other mad treats.
