We do not keep bakery items in stock and ONLY bake to order. All orders need to be given at least 3 days notice minimum. All pick ups/personal deliveries must be scheduled in advance.  Please allow estimated 3 days for shipping.
Policies
Packaging 
Cookies are heat seaeld to retain freshness for up to a week. Minis come in a rectangular clear container with a lid and spoon. Packaging add-ons such as boxes for favors are available for an additional fee.

payment
please note there is a 50% non refundable retainer fee to place your customized order. The remaining balance will be paid upon pickup/delievery. Once your request has been processed, you will receive an email with an invoice for your order and my payment information. Retainer fees can be made through venmo or zelle.

cancellations/refunds
orders canceled before 2 weeks are fully refundable. Once i begin working on your order, two weeks before pick up, i am able to offer a refund. That being said, all cancellations are on a case by caSe basis and will be reviewed by the mad baker. 

pick up/delivery + Shipping cost/limitations
Pick up address will be listed on your invoice with a time and date agreed on. Local deliveries in glen cove are free. delieries in nassau county and suffolk county will be subjected to a travel fee tbd. 

Shipping charges are based on a total shipping weight, size destination zip code. Generally, shipments of the mad baker treats are sent 2-day delivery within the continental 48 states and the district of columbia. in some instances, we can ship next day delivery. we do not ship outside the usa.

we do everything we can to be sure your order is delivered on time and ready to enjoy. however, sometimes things occur that cause this not to happen. in such an event, we will do everything we reasonably can to make you a happy customer. if there is any problem with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible at themadbaker_info@yahoo.com.  we must be notified of any delivery issues within 5 business days of a shipping date be able to resolve the problem. If we caused a problem with your order, we will make it right. 

we cannot offer refunds for the following circumstances:

an incorrect or incomplete shipping addresss
weather related delivery issues
treats which have become unusable due to a recipients failure to follow instructions provided with the treat delivery.
delivery problems beyond our control.
